Damaged or Incorrect Products

- A brief description of the issue

Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is marked as "shipped" but shows no tracking activity or fails to arrive, we will investigate and assist you in locating the package.
Please note: If the order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier and there is no indication of error or mishandling, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for reasons unrelated to shipping errors or product damage.
